Wanted to try out the durian pastries from Goodwood Park since AGES ago...so far have only tried the durian mooncakes every year during mid-autumn festival...
So one fine Saturday afternoon, we finally proceeded to the hotel!!
Well, apparently he finds taking pic with me a boring chore!
With the menu! Durian durian durian!!
The siew mai costs a freaking $6.95!
I was super surprised to see that they actually have a dim sum list in their menu....but the price is really super expensive! And I am pretty sure that they wont taste good! =X
Durianmisu...
First mouth was like OOH! not bad....I found it rather amazing how they managed to do this with durian....but after that found it just so-so...coz the durian taste didn't blend very well.....or maybe I am just too used to Tiramisu's taste?

Durian lovers sure won't wanna give this a miss! Actually it tasted like durian puffs, just a bigger version...

Seriously, the durian pastries all taste the same coz the durian used in all are the same!!

The cake is good! =) So does the durian cake from Emicakes though! Anyway it's a refreshing change from all the other pastries coz of the sponge cake..hehe

The durian was still a little frozen when the puffs were served...ate it after I tried all the other pastries and the durian wasn't so hard anymore...was not bad, but seriously I think that the one from Four Seasons Durian is just as good!

I think that the service there needs some improvement....Being Goodwood Park, I expect something better!
