CNY came and passed by in a breeze....So did Valentine's Day....Gotten JJ Lin concert tics from honey, Yay! =)
Im simply those kind of giamkana people..love to watch concerts but dont bear to spend the money on concert tics.. =b
No flowers this yr coz of my request.....after doing some spring cleaning, i realized that flowers are really kinda impractical...and apparently dried flowers constitute to bad feng shui! I threw all the flowers on my office desk away.....

Was talking to jun and she asked me why did I chose to enter NTU when my results were gd enough for NUS.....
Personally, guess I didnt feel that NUS is more superior than NTU for one, and second, being a lazy person I am, NTU is like my backyard! I can practically walk to sch....so why would I wanna travel by bus-train-bus or bus-bus to NUS?
Of coz, im glad i went there coz I wouldnt have had such great Uni life, and made so so so many gd friends who are always there for me...
I call this fate, but somehow honey said that this is not fate, just a choice.....Isnt it fate that I made such a choice? Hmm.....
Anyway, saw this really interesting Candy Shop at Central!
And I was lucky enough to be there when the owners started making sweets....So I managed to see the whole 1 hr and 15 mins long process of candy-making!
It takes ALOT of effort to finish one batch of candy.....I watched til I was at a loss for words!
Dough-lookalike 
They were pressing and kneading and tiling the "dough" over each other, making different patterns....
making long sticks of the green candy
putting them on the white candy
roll & roll & roll
While one guy is rolling, the other is preparing a sheet of green & white candy.....
Use the candy sheet to wrap the roll....
Finished wrapping, roll again!
Roll the side out to make it small and long 
Chop it off!
Tadah..!
Words can be inserted into the candy!!! So you can actually customized the words....

That costed S$3.90 if I remember correctly.....quite a small pack, but its quite worth it considering the effort involved....the process I listed above is already a very simplified one....

Apparently, the lady boss chanced upon Sticky on the internet when she was preparing for her wedding last yr....and she saw the potential in this candy making business, so much that her husband and her gave up their jobs to fly to Sydney to learn the candy-making skill so as to franchise it here!

This year is at Dragon Gate at Harbourfront.....we love the dim sum there, but we did not know that dim sum is not available during CNY period! =(
I lou hei so many times this year that i can memorize what they said when they are preparing the dish....

Bought their cakes at Bakerzin..and the person only gave us one candle for 2 cakes when we asked for 2... -.-"
Didnt noticed until we brought out the cakes, and it was too late for us to find another candle....so the duo had to make do with one candle!
