Merry Xmas and Early Happy New Yr to everyone!! I had a great holiday, so sad its back to work again!
But, my desk was full of pressies when I went back to office on Boxing Day!

Went to this place call Beaulieu House on Xmas Eve for a Xmas feast! =D~~
It's actually in the middle of Sembawang Park, facing the sea....a pretty nice place actually where I can enjoy the sea breeze.. =)
He originally told me this was my pressie....

I've been craving for durian for AGESSS! The durian puffs are real good....satisfy my cravings fully!! =D

We actually had a theme for the gift exchange, TR125...Its the first tutorial room where we all had our marketing tutorial, where we first met each other!
A super hard theme to adhere to when preparing the gift, but everyone else really did make very nice gifts....like the nice nice photoframe with a pic collage inside from judy, scrapbook from Vincent and also the cd from Bel consisting of our pics!
I didnt thought of that line when preparing the gifts, so mine is of the least adherence to the theme....so guilty! shall make nicer gifts nx time!

Met up with my Sec sch besties at Julia's house too and we had a great time playing Siyun's Wii!!! =D Lovie the Boxing game thou it gives me muscle aches....hehe....

Was chatting with my closer Salsa frens......
One of them was telling me abt them doing a Rueda performace at the sch's Xmas party....we all started at the same point...if i didnt stop dancing halfway, perhaps I will have the chance to perform too...Its always an honour and gd experience to be able to perform....
I miss Salsa....Rueda.....
Hope to go back to dancing in Jan!

Went Ricciotti some time back with a colleague for lunch...and coz it has super nice food that i brought honey back there for dinner some time after! =)

He said that the pasta at Ricciotti gotta be one of the best that he has eaten....and I agree!! Especially the sauce....the taste is not too heavy, and the spaghetti also taste different from those that we usually eat...yum!

The desserts are simply heavenly!! Esp the warm chocolate cake....super super yummi!! And the desserts are all half-priced after 9pm....so its super worth it! =D~~ Gonna bring Raine babe there some day!
And we went to Sunset Way on a Sunday for dinner....heard abt it from Raine babe coz she said its pretty much like Dempsey.....so was pretty eager to explore that area....
Grill-Out
After exploring all the available eateries there, we settled down at this Western place call Grill-Out....nice ambience, nice food, nice service... =)

The original size was 220g....and he decided to up it to 300g coz I love to eat steak too.....but we both realized that 300g is way tooooo much!

The buffalo wings are pretty different from what I've tasted in other places....the sauce is nice!

The fish is nice! Im not exactly a fish kinda person, so when I say its nice its probably really nice to others! hehe! Nv liked fish & co's fish coz I find that their fish has this smell....which apparently nobody else tasted la... =x

The ice cream is nice...very thick and dense kind like what Awfully chocolate sells...I like! Honey likes too!

Had a Xmas feast at Pump Room! A restaurant at Clarke Quay similar to Brewerkz...but Brewerkz has nicer ambience!

Starter - Tiger prawn avacado salad with mango dressing
Prawns are very fresh, but i guess nothing special about this starter coz all prawns seem to taste the same...its juz a fresh or not kinda thing...
Main - Grilled snowfish on chick pea puree ratatouille
Main- Roast Turkey Breast stuffed with chestnuts and Foie Gras
Both mains are good!! =D~~ Was very attracted to the ratatouille coz of the show..hehe...the foie gras dun really taste like foie gras though...
Dessert - Rosella flower & champagne jelly with fresh berries

Met up with Raine babe the other day for a catchup session! Guess she's the 1st among my frens to get a car on her own effort...congrats babe! And thanks for always giving me a ride home thou we live super far apart! muackz!

And off we went to Dempsey after that for a drink...went to Oosh coz seemed like a nice place...and hearing the salsa music made us both wanting to dance on the spot!! =D

Great feeling to just hang out like this after work....chat about everything under the sun...and we both agree how fast time flies....I'm already a confirmed staff...She already has her own car.....looking back at the old times, really miss them...
